it’s on us card is issued to you by wagamama as part of our wagamama cards program. the card allows you to purchase food and drinks at wagamama us locations. no credit card, credit line, overdraft protection, or deposit account is associated with a wagamama card. unless otherwise required by law or permitted by this agreement, any amount on your wagamama card is non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash. the wagamama card can not be recharged or used for gift card purchases. the value associated with the wagamama card is not insured by the federal deposit insurance corporation (fdic).

all wagamama us locations accept your wagamama card. for an up-to-date list of restaurants please visit wagamama.us. we reserve the right not to accept any wagamama card or otherwise limit use of a wagamama card if we reasonably believe that the use is unauthorized, fraudulent or otherwise unlawful. wagamama reserves the right to cancel the use of this card at anytime.

big noodle

big noodle is issued to specified employees as part of our wagamama cards program and as part of your benefits package. the card allows you to purchase food and drinks at wagamama us locations. photo id is required at time of purchase. this card has a monthly fixed balance. any remaining balance does not carry over from month to month. the card will remain active as long as you are employed by wagamama. no credit card, credit line, overdraft protection, or deposit account is associated with a wagamama card. unless otherwise required by law or permitted by this agreement, any amount on your wagamama card is non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash. the wagamama card may not be used for gift card purchases. the value associated with the wagamama card is not insured by the federal deposit insurance corporation (fdic).

as a wagamama employee it is your responsibility to communicate to wagamama inc that your card has been lost or stolen.

staff noodle

staff noodle is issued to specified employees as part of our wagamama cards program and as part of your benefits package. the card allows you a 35% discount on food, drinks, and merchandise. not valid on alcohol. photo id is required at time of purchase. the card is valid as long as you are currently employed by wagamama. there is no monetary value on this card. unless otherwise required by law or permitted by this agreement, any amount on your wagamama card is non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash. the wagamama card may not be used for gift card purchases.
